Tonight is Melissa and Mitch's house warming party. Melis is one of my oldest friends; we've known each other since the summer before high school began. We are only 3 days apart, we'll be 25 this November. That seems so hard to believe that it's been that long. So, in honor of the "house party" I made a giant chocolate chip cookie, in the shape of a house and my husband, oblivious to the unique shape, took a giant chunk out of the roof. Needless to say, we are going to have to stop and pick something up on our way...
Another little thing that is irritating me today, well actually this is a huge problem in my world, my camera is broken. I just got the new Nikon CoolPix touch screen for Christmas, and it's already done working. Ugh. I kept it in it's case at all times, never let Sophia play with it and still, it only lasted 6.5 months. So annoying since I am one of those people that always has my camera with me, trying to capture every moment. Especially fun nights like a House Warming Party of one of my best friends. I want to stop at Best Buy on our way and pick up a new one, but I don't want to waste my money on something that will only last another 6 months. I'd rather save up and buy a high-end digital camera. It makes me sad that I won't be able to take pictures tonight, since we don't all get together very often. Well, I have to get my girls ready to go to my parents, so I guess I'll call it a night. Holler.
